How I can enable access to site via shell? In FTP/shell section I only have /sbin/nologin option and can't login using Putty.

Help for that section said nothing about variations of Shell option.

Is there some additional request needed to enable shell access for Tariff Plan: Professional or I did something wrong in Putty?

Yes, you have to create a ticket with explanation of future use of this service and it will be processed shortly.
